Stir Fried Cabbage

This is a very simple and light vegetable stir-fry, great as a quick side dish.

Recipe : Stir Fried Cabbage
One round/white cabbage - chopped medium fine
2 shallots - sliced
3 beads garlic - chopped
Oil to fry
Salt and pepper

Heat oil, fry shallots and garlic till golden, on high heat. You need to be careful not to burn them. Once they start to brown, put in the cabbage and stir. Keep stirring for 2-3 minutes and taste. Add salt and pepper. 

You can add in chicken slices if you wish to make this a more filling dish. Add the chicken into the wok before the cabbage.

Prep time : 5-6 minutes.
Cooking time : 5-6 minutes
Serves : 5-6 persons.
